Used Auto Dealer Training

We are one of Georgia's approved vendors for providing the Pre-Licensing and Continuing Education (CE) classes. We can be found on the GA Secretary of State website as "E-Learning Concepts". We are the least expensive provider making it affordable to obtain your Pre-Licensing class certificate at just $99! Other approved providers may charge $159 and $249 for the class. We appreciate your business!
Click the button below to access our Used Auto Dealer Training website, where you will be re-directed to our available pre-licensing classes. These classes are mandatory and must be completed in-person prior to paperwork assistance. You cannot obtain your used auto dealer license until you take this class. Upon completion, you will be handed an official certificate from us. Classes are held multiple times a month in different locations around the Atlanta area. We also offer additional classes such as CE (Continuing Education) classes, auto auction training classes, and advanced dealer classes online. These can be accessed at the top of the Used Auto Dealer Training page under the "Courses" tab. We guarantee you will enjoy & benefit from them.
Pre-License Class Materials

Click the button below to access all documents from the pre-licensing class. You may view, download, or print these at any time. However, you MUST take the pre-licensing class in order to get your used auto dealer license from the state. The class is mandatory for all dealer designees. Upon completion of the class, you will be given an official certificate of completion. To view class materials, click the button below. You will be re-directed to a shared Dropbox link where you can view, download, and print important class information. This also works on mobile devices.
Office Rentals
Click the button below to view our offices. We have 8 buildings throughout the Atlanta area. Offices vary in price from $295 to $425 per month. The larger ones are going to be in the $425 range. We operate off of a month-to-month lease agreement, and utilities are included. Phone and internet would still be the tenant's responsibility. You MUST obtain an office PRIOR to completing a dealer application package. Once you have both, we can help you with the paperwork.
Paperwork Assistance
Once you have taken the mandatory, in-person Pre-Licensing class AND secured an office, we can help you with the paperwork. The price for the paperwork is $395. We will register your LLC with the Georgia Secretary of State, obtain your EIN Number, obtain your Sales Tax Number, create an Operating Agreement for you, reach out to third party bond and insurance companies, and upload your application/paperwork to the Secretary of State's GOALS online portal. The bond and insurance companies will call or email you with reasonable quotes. The bond is for 2-years & $35,000 and requires a soft pull on your credit. The required insurance type is garage liability for $125,000 minimum and is based on your driving history in the past 3 years. If you already have an LLC registered, we only charge $295. However, it is recommended that you select the full $395 package. While we complete most of the paperwork, there will be a few tasks that you will need to complete on your own such as taking pictures of your office, paying/registering for fingerprinting, obtaining your business license, getting your zoning form signed and notarized, etc. Unfortunately these things are out of our control for legal purposes. However, we will go over everything, provide you with a checklist to make the process quick & easy, and answer any questions you may have along the way!

Remember, you MUST have taken the pre-licensing class AND secured an office before we can help you with the paperwork. Once both have been completed, select the button below to download our paperwork questionnaire form. You must fill out this entire form in order for us to help you. You may type on it or print it out & write on it. Once completed, email the form to us at usedautopaperwork@gmail.com. We will follow up with you and go from there. We prefer it if you type the application on your computer and email it over that way. If you want to fill out the questionnaire on iPhone, you must save it to your Files , fill it out, and email it over.

Please note that we do not work for the state, as we are an independent company. Our resources & services provide you with most of what you will need to obtain your license through the state.
E-Drives System
It is mandatory for used motor vehicle dealers to complete plate renewal applications and registrations through the E-Drives System. Visit this website to obtain your dealer tags. https://dor.georgia.gov/motor-vehicles/dealer-distributor-manufacturer-transporter-license-plates. This also applies to distributors and manufacturers. Listed below are some helpful resources for dealers. Please note that we are not affiliated with these resources as they are state-owned and managed. We are just linking them for your convenience. Any issues or difficulties you may experience with registrations must be resolved through the Georgia Department of Revenue.
